Backpacking trip to Mount Assiniboine Provincial Park which is situated just inside of British Columbia in the Canadian Rockies near Banff. Mount Assiniboine Provincial Park is a wilderness area, without supplies or equipment of any kind, no roads inside the park itself only trails. All arrangements for supplies and transportation must be made before-hand.
Trip starts by being airlifted by helicopter into the park with our gear to a location near Assiniboine Lodge where we camped out and then hiked from there for 5 days to a pickup point on the other side of park.

About 50 miles hiked over 4.5 days. An excellent and challenging trip in a very beautiful area.
